
Pioneers Add Dual-Threat QB In Trotman
PITTSBURGH, PA-- The Pittsburgh Pioneers have come to terms with former Urbana quarterback Khalil Trotman. The 2-year agreement will provide the Pioneers with a dangerous offensive threat for the next two seasons.
During his college career, Trotman was a big-play threat throwing, catching, and running the football. The Burlington, New Jersey native to lined up at wide receiver, tailback, kick returner, and quarterback during his collegiate career at Morgan State and Urbana.
As a prep, Trotman was a standout at Timber Creek High School. At Timber Creek, perennial New Jersey state power, Trotman help led the Dragons to an 11-1 season and runner-up in the South Jersey Group 4 finals. He completed 135-of-225 passes for 2,373 yards during his senior season.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
